Exchanges and Returns
If you need to make a return, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested.
The number may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by e-mailing inquiry@horiyoshi-thethird.com.
Please include your name, date of purchase, and invoice number, along with the reason for the return.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. Full refunds will not take place after 120 days from the original purchase date.
Items should be unworn and in the original form it was purchased with all tags attached and unaltered.
Any items returned that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.
All items should have a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow for an easy return and quick processing.
Items without a RMA may be returned to the sender.
Shipping fees are not refundable except for faulty items. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Once an item has been received, you have a 24-hour period to report a faulty item to inquiry@horiyoshi-thethird.com. Please include your name, date of purchase and invoice number in the e-mail.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange for an alternate size or alternate item, please include this information in your e-mail for an RMA. Sizes are limited, alternate sizes are not guaranteed.
